4. No Drama: Gossip, conflict‑stirring, vendor disputes or behaviour that creates tension or disrupts the market atmosphere will not be tolerated.

5. Safe Communication: Concerns must be brought directly to the market organizers, not aired publicly or through other vendors.

6. Professional Boundaries: Vendors and attendees must respect personal space, emotional boundaries and the roles of staff and volunteers.

• Harassment: Any unwelcome conduct that demeans, threatens or harms another person.

• Negative Energy: Behaviour that creates discomfort or hostility, including persistent complaining, confrontational tone, emotional dumping or attempts to provoke conflict.

• Drama: Actions or conversations intended to stir conflict, divide the community or escalate interpersonal issues.

Enforcement

To maintain a safe and magical environment, The Swamp Witches Market enforces this policy consistently and compassionately:

1. Immediate Intervention: Organizers will address concerning behaviour directly and respectfully.

2. Polite Removal: If behaviour violates this policy, the vendor or attendee may be asked to leave the event. This is done calmly, discreetly and with professionalism to preserve the atmosphere for everyone.

3. No Refunds: As stated in our vendor agreement, event fees are non‑refundable, including in cases where a vendor is removed for violating this policy.

4. Future Participation Review: Vendors who violate this policy may lose booking privileges or be declined for future markets.

5. Documentation: Incidents are recorded to ensure fairness and consistency.

6. No Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone who reports concerns will result in removal and potential ban.

This approach keeps the market grounded in care, clarity and community protection, not punishment.
