Returns Policy
Please contact us by sending an email to: theswampwitches@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please use the following Subject Line for your email: Return Request for Order # [Insert Order Number] and please attach photos of the relevant issues and describe the issues in the body of your email.
What should you expect next?
Your email will be processed within 7 business days of when it was sent. If your return or refund is approved, you will receive an email from our team with the correct return address and directions to follow. Please note that returns sent without a confirmation will not be accepted.
Return Requirements
- All returned product must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- We will not accept worn, stained, damaged or altered items
- We do not provide a freight-to-collect (FTC) service for returning the package; the return shipping cost will be at your own expense
- Non returnable products include:
- Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks and masks due to hygiene reasons
- Deliberately damaged items
- Products returned after exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt
- Items accurately printed according to the designs or tech packs provided to The Swamp Witches Corporation that the customer decides is not what they intended or no longer want
- Products that are deemed to no longer be needed due to delayed delivery, with the delayed delivery caused by misinformation provided to The Swamp Witches Corporation, such as the customers wrong phone number or ship to address
Refund
Approved refunds will be applied to the account that was used to collect payment on the original order in the same currency.
